2. Description of Service

BullsMeet is a social platform for sharing trading ideas and market insights. We do not provide financial advice. All content shared on the platform represents the opinions of individual users and should not be construed as investment advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the platform to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activities.

5. User-Generated Content and Moderation

BullsMeet has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Prohibited Content. You will not post, upload, or share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, discriminatory, or that infringes the rights of others. Market manipulation, pump-and-dump schemes, and fraudulent solicitations are strictly prohibited.

Reporting Objectionable Content. Every post, comment, and user profile includes an in-app report mechanism. If you encounter content or behavior that violates these terms, please report it. Reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.

Blocking Other Users. You may block any user at any time from their profile. Blocked users are removed from your feed immediately and cannot interact with you. Blocking a user also notifies BullsMeet so we can review their behavior.

Enforcement. BullsMeet reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. Repeat or severe violations will result in immediate ejection from the platform.

No Tolerance. By using BullsMeet, you agree to abide by these standards. Use of the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users will not be tolerated.

6. Investment Disclaimer

BullsMeet is not a registered investment advisor. The content on this platform is for informational purposes only. Always do your own research and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The BullsMeet name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of BullsMeet. You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

BullsMeet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any investment decisions made based on content found on the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
